Prepare the Package
Place the unworn sneakers in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
